Corporate Family Backup Care
 

Companies can offer Family Backup Care as part of their wellness programs to support employee work-life harmony and reduce stress.​ There is no cost to the employer and no membership fees. Designed to seamlessly complement family-engagement initiatives as needed.

The costs are incurred only when the services are used​​, like when:

​

• The regular caregiver is unavailable

• A child, spouse or a parent is home sick with a minor illness

• There are school closures or cancellations

• Important work commitments prevent the employee from taking loved ones to appointments​​​​​

Work Events Family Care 

A service option, made available to employees for work events such as awards ceremonies, galas, or mandatory in-person meetings, providing care arrangements to facilitate attendance.

Employee Relocation Assistance Service

Assist families who are temporarily or permanently relocating to Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area for work. We are available to consult with families and employers about public and private school options available to them in their desired neighbourhood, resources for children and adults with special needs, resources for elderly.  We are available to investigate availability and suitability of different venues, as well as assist with applications, referrals and scheduling of activities, as the family settles into their new neighbourhood.

We are proud to be a preferred Family Care provider for companies (high-quality EAP providers, elite concierge services, corporate on-site childcare centres, insurers and others) and professionals (real estate professionals, financial advisors, mortgage brokers and others), that make our Family Care services available to their clients.
